General Psychiatry Assessment

We will contact you to learn more about yourself and your current difficulties. With your consent we will request a GP summary care record from your GP

We will send you a pre-assessment form to complete and all of the available information will be reviewed by our clinical team prior to the assessment

Your general psychiatry Review will be completed by one of our experienced psychiatrists, we will complete a thorough assessment, looking at all mental health disorders and will also screen for neurodevelopmental disorders. We build a shared psychological formulation, come to a diagnosis as appropriate and suggest a treatment plan including prescription as indicated

Within 7 working days of your assessment you will recieve a report, which you will be able to review before we share this with your GP. If you have any further questions we will be able to answer this, giving you peace of mind

The assessment cost includes the cost of the first follow up as well as any prescriptions that are needed. This gives you peace of mind

We are able to provide ongoing follow up at a low cost of £150 per appointment (Including prescriptions). We will continue to work with you and worth towards establishing shared care with your GP
