Adult ADHD Assessment

We will contact you to learn more about yourself, your current symptoms and their duration. As part of the pre-assessment we will gather information about your developmenent and also with your consent request a GP summary care record

A QB check is a computer objective assessment for ADHD like symptoms. The test lasts 20 minutes and can be done from home using a computer. We will send you a voucher code so that you can complete the test from home before your appointment.

Your ADHD assessment will be completed by one of our experienced Psychiatrists, we will complete a thorough assessment and we will also screen for all mental health disorders as well as autism. We know each person is an individual and we take a tailored approach

Within 7 working days of your assessment you will recieve a report, which you will be able to review before we share this with your GP.  The report will contain your psychological formulation as well as diagnosis (as applicable) and treatment recommendations. We are also able to complete work/academic adjustment letters as needed

The assessment cost includes the first follow up at no extra charge as well as any prescriptions that are needed. This will allow you time to ask questions and discuss treatment options in detail

We are able to provide further follow up to existing customers at a low cost of £150 per follow up (including cost of prescriptions as indicated). We will work with you to establish shared care with your GP
