What to Expect
Information Gathering
We will contact you to learn more about yourself or child, and with your consent we will request a copy of the original ADHD report and GP summary care record
Pre-Assessment
We will send you a pre-assessment form to complete, our clinical team will review all the avalilable documentation prior to the assessment
Assessment
Your ADHD review will be completed by one of our experienced psychiatrists. We will complete a thorough assessment and also screen for other mental health disorders. We will be able to take over your ADHD care and issue prescriptions as indicated and communicate with your GP
Report
We aim to provide your report within seven working days of your assessment. In some circumstances this may take slightly longer. If you require the report urgently, please let us know and we will do our best to prioritise and complete it as soon as possible.
Once completed, you will receive the report to review before it is shared with your GP. The report will include your psychological formulation, any diagnosis where applicable, and treatment recommendations.
We are also able to provide work or academic adjustment letters if required.
Further Follow Up
We are able to provide further follow up at a low cost of £150 per appointment (including prescriptions). We will continue to work with you and work towards establishing shared care with your GP
