Meet The Team

Dr Faheem Naqvi is a Consultant Psychiatrist based in Manchester. He completed his medical degree at The University of Liverpool and his Psychiatry Training within the North West of England. Specialist interests include General Adult Psychiatry, Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychological Trauma, Personality Disorders, Emotional Wellbeing, Neurodevelopmental Disorders and Occupational Health. Faheem also has an interest in art and architecture as well as the role of mental health promotion and prevention.

Dr Pablo Perez is our Clinical Director based in Manchester. He completed his medical degree at The University of Santiago de Compostela in Spain, but has worked all his career in the North West of England. Dr Pablo has a friendly personality and is passionate about patient care. His specialist interests include Occupational Health Psychiatry, Sports Psychiatry, Alcohol and Drugs Misuse and Neurodevelopmental Disorders including Autism and ADHD.

Dr Huck Bijral is a Consultant Psychiatrist and is also a company director. He holds a BSc in Medical Science from the University of St Andrews and completed his medical degree at the University of Manchester. A Consultant since 2007, he has worked across a wide range of services and has interests in neurodevelopmental conditions, personality difficulties, psychological trauma, emotional wellbeing and Aviation Psychiatry. Huck believes good psychiatry means looking beyond symptoms to understand the whole person. He is committed to listening and bringing a calm, holistic perspective.

Dr Tom Fyall is a Consultant Psychiatrist. He completed his medical degree at The University of Manchester. He trained in psychiatry across the northwest of England and has also worked in New Zealand. Tom holds an endorsement in liaison psychiatry and has a keen interest in the interface between physical and mental health, as well as having specialist interests in neurdevelopmental disorders and addiction psychiatry. Tom is passionate about delivering person centred care with a compassionate approach.

Holly is a passionate and person centred Clinical Nurse Specialist who was first an experienced senior support worker before completing her nurse training. Holly brings compassion, dedication, and a holistic outlook to every aspect of her work. She believes in treating the person as a whole and her warm, friendly nature helps patients feel truly seen and supported. She aims to create a safe space where people feel comfortable, valued, and supported on their journey to better mental health. 

Jess is a Mental Health Nurse, Non Medical Prescriber and Operations Manager for Clear Psychiatry. Jess has extensive experience working in the NHS as well as private sector. Jess is educated to Masters level and is qualified and experienced in both child and adult mental health. She loves the variability of supporting people across the age range. Jess specialises in complex mental health presentations as well as neurodevelopmental assessment and interventions.

Kirstan is a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist based in Cheshire. Kirstan completed her psychology training in South Africa and also worked in Dubai. Kirstan's specialist interests include Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Psychological Trauma, Personality Difficulties, Complex Mental Health, and Depth Psychotherapy. Kirstan is particularly passionate about helping clients explore emotional patterns and life experiences in a way that fosters lasting psychological growth. She also has an interest in mental health advocacy, integrative care, and the intersection between culture and wellbeing.
